NO! Look in the owner's manual for the correct fluid. It may be Mercon V or similar. Do NOT under any circumstances use type F!

For 2012+ Ford Focus be careful about what you use as it is a dual clutch system on the 6 speed automatic transmission. You should only use the Ford Motorcraft trans fluid ($33 1L) it is the propper weight and additives. If you use a lighter weighted transmission fluid you will make the issue worse and it will slip more. Also never over fill!

There's not. Its a sealed transmission system. A mechanic has to lift and check fluids under car.
